Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of solvifin.com and our loan-matching tools (the "Platform"), operated by Solvifin ("Solvifin", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Solvifin is

Solvifin is a loan-comparison and referral / lead-generation platform. We help you discover loan options and, with your consent, refer you to third-party lenders (banks, NBFCs, HFCs) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We are not a lender, bank, NBFC, or credit bureau, and we do not provide credit, accept deposits, or guarantee any loan.

2. Eligibility results are indicative

Any eligibility, rate, EMI or "match" shown is an indicative, soft pre-check based only on the information you self-report. It is not a credit decision and does not involve a hard credit enquiry. Final eligibility, interest rate, fees, loan amount and approval are decided solely by the lender after its own verification, and may differ from what is shown here.

3. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any loan, or that you will receive any particular rate or amount. Lender criteria, rates and offers change and are outside our control.

4. Referral / affiliate disclosure

We may earn a referral or affiliate commission from a lender or partner when you apply through our links. This does not add any cost to you. Matches are ordered by an eligibility match-score, not by the commission we may earn.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Third-party lenders & links

The Platform contains links and referrals to third-party lenders and partners. Their products, websites and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their products, decisions, conduct, or any agreement you enter with them.

7. Intellectual property

The Solvifin name, logo, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. No financial or legal advice

Information on the Platform is for general information only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Consider your circumstances and consult a qualified professional before borrowing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvifin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a lender's decision, a third party's conduct, inaccurate information you provide, or unavailability of the Platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Solvifin against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable dispute-resolution process.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: Contact us or email support@solvifin.com.
