- Email the Grievance Officer with your name, registered mobile/email, and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or reference numbers.
- You will receive an acknowledgement with a complaint reference ID.
Resolution timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt.

Complaints about a lender
Solvifin is a referral platform, not the lender. If your complaint is about a loan, its terms, charges, recovery or servicing, it should be raised with the lender (bank/NBFC/HFC) you were referred to, through their grievance channel. If the lender does not resolve it within the timeline they specify, you may escalate to the RBI via the RBI Complaint Management System (CMS) at cms.rbi.org.in or the RBI Integrated Ombudsman, as applicable.
Data-protection grievances
For complaints about how your personal data is handled, contact the same Grievance Officer. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
